CANCELLATION POLICY
For the cancellation of the Registration - Accomodation and Exhibition Area bookings until the date of August 15, 2008, only the 50% of the received payment will be refund to the participiant. Cancellations received after August 15, 2008, will not entitle to any refund. All refunds will be processed after the Summit.
IDENTIFICATION BADGE
All participants, accompanying person and exhibitors will be given identification badges. Participants who do not wear their identification badges will not be able to participate summit activities.
