This sponsorship covers preparing 500 m2 exhibition area for 3 days between October 8-10, 2008 in line with the following technical details.
Services Covered by the Fee for Sponsorship for Exhibition Area:
- Standard construction with aluminum frame and light wall panels
- 220V/10A wall socket for each 6m2,
- One piece 100W spot light for each 6m2,
- 1 piece table
- 2 pieces chair
- 1 piece wastebasket
- Facing writing
Sponsorship Incomes:
-Name of the sponsor firm will be given to the entrance road of the stand area (......... AVENUE)
-Flags of the sponsor firm will be hung at entrance of the stand area.
-If the sponsor firm desires so, it may distribute its promotional products at entrance of the stand area via the hosts/hostesses it assigns.
-Logo of the sponsor firm will be used on direction signs of the exhibition area.
-Logo of the firm will be used on the sponsor board.
Sponsorship Fee for the Exhibition Area: 20.000 € + VAT
SPONSORSHIP FOR INTERNET CAFÉ AREA
This sponsorship covers establishing an Internet center to be prepared with visual materials of the sponsor firm.
Services Covered by the Sponsorship for Internet Café Area:
The following items installed on standing constructions,
-10 computers with Internet connection and LCD screen
-4 laser printer
Sponsorship Incomes:
-If the sponsor firm desires so, it may distribute its promotional product in the Internet Café Area via the hosts/hostesses it assigns.
-Flags of the sponsor firm will be hung in the Internet Café Area.
-Logo of the sponsor firm will be used as screensaver on LCD screens.
-Logo of the sponsor firm will be used on direction signs of the Internet Café Area.
-Logo of the firm will be used on the sponsor board.

SPONSORSHIP FOR VIP LOUNGE
Between October 8-10 2008, 2 VIP lounges will be prepared for bilateral meetings for VIP delegates to be invited to the Summit. Continuous tea, coffee and cookie service will be provided to the VIP Lounge and 2 hostesses will be available.
Sponsorship Incomes:
-The sponsor firm will have right to place its promotional materials in the VIP Lounges by obtaining approval of the organization committee.
-Flags of the sponsor firm may be exhibited in VIP Lounges.
-Logos of the sponsor firm will be used on direction signs of the VIP Lounges.
-Logo of the firm will be used on the sponsor board.
Sponsorship Fee for the VIP Lounges: 10.000 € + VAT
SPONSORSHIP FOR SPEECH CONTROL AND PRESENTATION CENTER
This sponsorship covers the services for preparing and using the working room in which the delegates to be invited to the Summit as a speaker between October 8-10, 2008 can check their presentations and rehearse.
Technical Equipment Covered by the Sponsorship Fee for Presentation Control Room:
- 4 computers with LCD screen,
- 2 laser printer,
- Technical Equipment operator
Sponsorship Incomes
- The sponsor firm will have right to distribute its presentation materials in the Speech Control and Presentation Center.
- Flags of the sponsor firm will be hung in the Speech Control and Presentation Center.

SPONSORSHIP FOR PRINTED AND IMPRINTED MATERIALS
ANNOUNCEMENT II
This sponsorship covers the services for printing, reproducing and posting the booklet which will include information on important dates related to the Summit, early registration, scientific schedule, registration and accommodation as well as exhibition area.

This sponsorship covers the services for printing, reproducing and posting the brochure that will include program of the Summit.

This sponsorship covers the services for compiling panels, presentations and speeches in
Turkish - English and preparing a book from those documents.

This item covers the services for providing the technical equipment to be needed for displaying the images by placing plasma monitors on the kiosks to be installed in the foyer.

- Other connection equipments that will enable for image transfer

This item covers the services for designing the web site of the Summit in accordance with nature of the Summit and using it in an active manner.

SPONSORSHIP FOR TRANSPORTATION
This sponsorship covers all transportation and transfer services to be needed during the Summit.
Services Covered by the Fee for Sponsorship for Transportation:
- Providing airport-hotel-airport transfer services for 100 VIP participants of the Summit,
- Using 2 vehicles with driver to be allocated to VIP participants during 5 days
Sponsorship Incomes:
- There will be logo of the sponsor firm on vehicle identification cards.
- There will be promotional kits of the sponsor firm in the vehicles to be used.
- Logo of the firm will be used on the sponsor board.

SPONSORSHIP FOR PRESS
This sponsorship covers all services for carrying on the activities related to increasing the awareness and knowledge on the Summit on printed and visual press as well as printing, designing, preparing and distributing 2500 press bulletins.
Sponsorship Incomes:
-The sponsor firm will be introduced as press sponsor.
-The sponsor firm may establish a press desk and provide support personnel at a place close to the registration desk to be determined by the Organization Committee.
-Logo of the firm will be used on the sponsor board.
SPONSORSHIP FOR WELCOME COCKTAIL
This sponsorship covers the services for the welcome cocktail which will be organized at Maritim Pine Beach Resort on October 7, 2008 , for 750 delegates will be served open buffet cocktail prolonge, unlimited drink with live music, audio and sound equipments, photographer and decoration services.
Sponsorship Incomes:
-Flags of the sponsor firm will be hung in the cocktail area.
-Logo of the firm will be used on the invitation and invitation envelope of the Welcome Cocktail.
